Photo, likeness, and logo permissions.
Trading-card projects depend on accurate information and proper permission to use athlete names, photos, likenesses, team details, school names, logos, marks, and sponsor graphics.
Before submitting materials
- Use only athlete photos and personal details you are authorized to submit.
- Orders involving minors require parent or legal guardian consent.
- School, team, association, club, sponsor, or program names and logos may require approval from the appropriate rights holder.
- Texas SCTP marks and official Texas SCTP card language may only be used for approved Texas SCTP card projects.
Unsure about permission?
